In today’s episode of PianoTV, we’re experimenting with the app by the company Playnote called “Auralbook“. This is an app designed to help with exam preparation, whether through the RCM, ABRSM or AMEB.

You purchase “books” through the app, which have a series of aural/ear tests – up to 180 tests per level. This is handy because ear tests are one of the most difficult things to do on your own as a piano student – you usually need another person.

The app keeps track of your results, records your sessions, and gives you (very sassy) feedback on how you’re doing so that you can improve.

This is an app worth checking out for those of you who are working on exams. We demo the ABRSM grade 3 Auralbook in the video if you’d like to look inside the app and see how it works.[20% Discount Giveaway]

Click the link http://bit.ly/ab20w_ptv1808 and select your grade for ABRSM, then enter your email to enjoy 20% off discount for any in-app purchase!

Offer available until: 30 Sep 2018

A note that this video is sponsored by Playnote. All opinions are my own, however, and I wouldn’t have chosen to look at this product if I didn’t think you might find it useful.
